SINGH provided civil engineering and roadway lighting design services as a sub-consultant. Project included geometrics improvements, widening, resurfacing, intersection improvements and curb and gutters. SINGH was responsible for manual/machine traffic counts, accident analysis, collision diagrams and traffic maintenance analysis in Phase I. Phase II consisted of roadway lighting design, traffic signal design and pavement markings.
