Singh & Associates, Inc. (SINGH) is providing HVAC, electrical and plumbing services for the preparation of schematic phase, design development, and construction documents for the Francis Cabrini Houses in Chicago.

The project consists of complete renovation of 586 row house dwellings including gas heating system, ductwork and electrical controls, water supply, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, sewage removal, kitchen appliances, CATV, telephone, room lighting and receptacles. Improvements will consist of fire alarms and kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans.

This work is to be done in conjunction with architectural refurbishment of building exteriors, roadway lighting and area utility upgrades to bring the site up to current construction standards.

Design objectives are being jointly developed between the local area resident association at the Francis Cabrini site and the consultants to provide renovations that meet the requirements of the community.
