Singh & Associates, Inc. (SINGH) as a subconsultant is providing METRA with electrical and lighting engineering services. SINGH is responsible for the lighting and power design for the new 35th Street platform. The scope includes lighting the new platforms, entrances, warming shelters and the boiler room. In addition, SINGH is providing power for the infrared heaters in the warming shelters at each platform.

SINGH is also involved in the placement of the V.O.M. (Voice of METRA) system, including loud speakers, conduits and the V.O.M. cabinet.
