SINGH provided civil engineering and roadway lighting design services as a sub-consultant. Project included geometrics improvements, widening, resurfacing, intersection improvements and new curb and gutters. SINGH was responsible for roadway lighting design, pavement markings, and preparation of plans, estimates and specifications.
