Singh & Associates, Inc. (SINGH) provided civil engineering and roadway lighting design services to ISTHA as a subconsultant in Phase II. SINGH was responsible for preparing the contract plans, estimates and specifications for erosion control and landscaping, signing, pavement marking and the roadway lighting for this section of the Tollway.

The project included reconstruction and widening of the pavements from three lanes to four lanes, ramps, shoulders, new drainage structures, modification of existing drainage system including detention facilities, landscaping and erosion control, pavement markings, delineators, signage, installation of guard rail, roadway lighting, retaining walls, noise abatement walls, cross road structures and relocation of utilities.

This project is part of the Tollway’s Congestion-Relief program to reduce travel times.
