Singh & Associates, Inc. (SINGH) provided Phase I and Phase II engineering services including new sewers and traffic signal installation for the reconstruction and widening of this section of the roadway from two lanes to three lanes. Phase I consisted of the preparation of a project development report, drainage study, pavement analysis, and utility study. Phase II consisted of the preparation of construction plans, estimates and specifications for Central Avenue.

Within the project limits, Phase II work included the complete removal of existing CENTRAL AVENUE, 155TH - 147TH STREETS
