Singh & Associates, Inc. (SINGH) is providing roadway lighting design services to ISTHA as a subconsultant in Phase II. SINGH is responsible for preparing the contract plans, estimates and specifications for the roadway lighting for this section of the Tollway.

The project includes reconstruction and widening of the pavements from three lanes to four lanes, ramps, shoulders, new drainage structures, modification of existing drainage system including detention facilities, landscaping and erosion control, pavement markings, delineators, signage, installation of guard rail, roadway lighting, retaining walls, noise abatement walls, cross road structures and relocation of utilities.

This project is part of the Tollway’s Congestion-Relief program to reduce travel times.
