Lawndale Elementary Community Academy is apart of the Chicago Public School systems in Cook County, Illinois and it serves Pre-K through 8th grade students. It is a Magnet Cluster school that provides academically and socially focused instructions according to a particular theme such as math/science. The goal of Lawndale Elementary Community Academy is to accelerate student learning in the magnet area of focus and provide students with access to high-quality programs within the neighborhood.

Singh & Associates, Inc. provided professional MEP engineering services as a subconsultant. Singh’s scope of work included the replacement of the existing ventilation systems/equipment for the East and West buildings, the repair of radiators in both buildings, the replacement of thermostats in both buildings, the replacement and installation of new exhaust fans for improved ventilation in both buildings and installation of new ductwork in both buildings.
