SINGH was selected as the Prime Engineering consultant to provide Phase II engineering services for various traffic signal design projects throughout District 1 which encompasses: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties. Project work has included improvements to over 275 intersections in IDOT District One. SINGH’s typical task order scope of work has included:

  • LED traffic signal improvements design
  • Traffic signal modernization
  • Interconnect plans
  • Signal controller cabinet upgrade design
  • Temporary traffic signal design
  • Data collection + site visits
  • Full photographic inventory of sites
