Rashesh is a roadway lighting design expert and accomplished Project Manager with the capacity to coordinate highly complex projects. He took the lead on a number of highly successful infrastructure projects for SINGH, including providing electrical engineering and lighting design for multiple sections of the Illinois Tollway’s Central Tri-State Reconstruction, a new segment of the Elgin-O’Hare Tollway, and serving as the Lighting + Electrical Services Lead (Statewide) for the Illinois Department of Transportation. His areas of expertise include lighting analysis, intersection and roadway lighting design, tunnel lighting, ITS systems design, traffic signal design, and power distribution.
Prior to joining SINGH + Associates in 2012, Rashesh served as an electrical engineer for EJM Engineering and Gandhi and Associates. Rashesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from L.D. College of Engineering and a Master’s degree in computers systems engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) serving on subcommittees for Roadway Intersection Lighting, Roadway Lighting Outdoor Lighting Controls, and Roadway Tunnels + Underpasses.
