Beth Barrett
Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer

Beth joined SINGH + Associates in January 2025 as Chief Administrative Officer. Beth is responsible for managing all administrative functions at SINGH, overseeing corporate operations, IT solutions, engineering project support, HR initiatives, and internal processes. With over 25 years of experience in administration, Human Resources, and operational leadership, Beth has been instrumental in building efficient processes, enhancing company culture, driving technical improvements, and supporting SINGH’s rapid growth. She is involved in the strategic planning of the firm, including the recruitment of key leadership and engineering staff.
Following her undergraduate and Master of Business Administration degrees from Lewis University, Beth joined the AEC industry at Bowman, Barrett & Associates, where she became a Board Member and Human Resource Officer. In 2019, Bowman, Barrett & Associates was purchased by Gannett Fleming, Inc., an international engineering firm. Her tenure at Gannett Fleming included serving as Business Development Leadership in the Global Strategic Growth Office, where she developed several data resources to drive growth and operational efficiencies at a global infrastructure level. She remains committed to advancing transportation infrastructure through strategic planning, streamlined processes, and improving operational efficiencies. Her leadership reflects an unwavering commitment to people, performance, and continuous improvement.
While Beth loves diving into a good data source, she also enjoys reading, spending time with her family, traveling, and never turns down a spa weekend with her daughters.
