SINGH, as a subconsultant to DLZ, Inc., provided construction engineering services for the reconstruction of Roselle Road Bridge over the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) in Cook County. The Roselle Road Interchange Project built a new, full-access interchange connecting Roselle Road and the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway. The project reconstructed the Roselle Road Bridge carrying traffic over I-90, rebuilt the two existing ramps providing access to and from the east and constructed new ramps to carry traffic to and from the west.

SINGH was responsible for construction inspection and documentation of the bridge demolition, and pavement, curb and gutter, traffic signal, sewer, culvert, pavement marking, traffic signal, temporary traffic signal, and street lighting construction, on-site inspection, review of layout of contract including design changes, materials inspection, and the preparation of records and documentation. This project was part of a larger effort to widen and rebuild a 25-mile segment of the I-90 corridor; the work required improvement to interchanges and the replacement of local crossroad bridges.
